Mia is an actor/writer based in Brooklyn, New York, originally hailing from the good ole' Midwest.
Making her modeling debut on the cover of the American Girl Christmas catalog, Mia has been involved in the creative and communicative arts since age 10. She began her drama education at John Robert Powers in Chicago and was a stage actress in summer stock theatre. Upon moving to New York, Mia studied Meisner with Raymond T. Williams (Studio4) and Sensory with Sheila Gray as well as classes through the T.Schreiber and Terry Knickerbocker studios.
You can find Mia at the Toronto and Winnipeg Fringe Festivals originating the role of Rachel in Rachel's Out-Of-This-World Bat Mitzvah (DATE TBD DUE TO COVID-19) Room 9 (Lionsgate, Amazon), DMZ Production's Comedy Pilot The Home starring Jennifer Gareis and in Face To Face Film's upcoming production The Girl With The Red Hair at the Gene Frankel Theatre running November 3rd - 13th. She just wrapped production on her own personal short film And Along Came Lily where she starred as Lily, a young woman navigating The Pleasure Gap and is in pre-production on a new project regarding Body Autonomy.
When Mia isn't acting or writing, you can find her perusing the vintage shops of Brooklyn, nose deep in a novel or downward dogging in Hot Yoga.
